Shipment processing time


All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by one business day. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. This email will include a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours of dispatch

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shift is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Shift is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Make sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
