To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Note: If the lamination is opened or torn, the product is not eligible for return.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is
defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your
refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
